We rely on our carrier to deliver everything in a timely and safe manor.
Please understand that once we ship the cookies they are out of our control. We provide tracking and insurance provided by the carrier for you to follow your treats all the way to your door step.
We can not be held responsible for delayed packages,lost packages, mis-routed packages, packages that are delayed due to inclement weather, packages that do not get to you by the expected provided delivery date, or damages caused in transit. We will happily forward any information you need to file a claim in the rare event that something happens.
